Local Guide — Paris 3rd, 4th & 11th
73 of our favourite neighbourhood spots, plus a link to my Google maps pins.
Since arriving in the depths of winter, we have felt right at home in Le Marais. It’s a leafy, friendly neighbourhood with everything you need at your fingertips. From the endless activations, pop-up stores, galleries, vintage boutiques, low key brasseries, open air markets & natural wine bars, the energy in the streets is always a buzz.
As it is central to everything in Paris, we travel by foot almost everywhere — I’m proud to say we haven't once needed to catch the metro! I always find this is the best way to get to know a place as you discover so much along the way. As soon as we arrive at a new place we like to walk around the neighbourhood and let our intuition guide us — it’s how we always find the best places!
Over the last four months we have compiled a rather comprehensive list of favourites. From our frequented corner brasserie to places to sip wine, have an afternoon champagne or share a plate, where we buy our fromage, which boutiques you shouldn't miss, our top running tracks — required to counterbalance my daily pastry addiction — and the details on where I go for my French bob and blonde refresh.
If you find yourself in Paris, I have added each place on this list to my personal Google Maps pins, linked at the end — you can thank me later!

Delicatessen Place
Open every day from 5pm with a changing daily menu. They have a wine shop next door where you can choose a bottle to bring across.

Aux Deux Amis
Chic french wine bar, super loud and fun. Great food too. You can tell them what you like and they’ll pair a wine perfectly with your food.
